I am writing to refer David Cameron who is suspected to have early onset of separation anxiety disorder. He requires further assessment and management.

 

David is a kindergarten student and used to live a happy life. However, his mental condition has become unstable since his mother, Mrs Susan Cameron was admitted to hospital for 6 weeks following a deliberately self-harm attempt. He is withdrawn, even refuses to attend the kindergarten. He cries and panics when his mother leaves his sight and experiences increased night mares and insomnia. He is preoccupied that she may leave him again. It has created high pressure on his mother’s mental health, which already has been fragile.

 

David has eczema. His mother has been diagnosed with major depression with psychotic features. His father, Mr Cameron is always busy in his work and shows no interest in discussing about David’s mental health condition.

 

In view of the above, kindly take over David. It would be highly beneficial if you could arrange a join meeting including his father.
