Age : 44 years


I am writing to refer Mrs Boris Johnson who requires further assessment and treatment for possible endometrial cancer.


On 12 May 2022, Mrs Johnson presented to our facility with vaginal bleeding, dysuria , anorexia, generalized malaise and pain over legs, back and pelvic regions. Consequently, She was performed TET, complete blood test and cystoscopy. Her transverse vaginal scan showed presence of polyp. On the subsequent day, she re-presented with foul-smelling pus like blood tinge, constipation, ascitiesascites, lymph edema, urethral and rectal bleeding. Her laboratory reports revealed elevated WBC count and deranged hemoglobin and electrolytes.


Today, Mrs Johnson has been presented following fainting at home and reported of profound vaginal bleeding, intense pain and breathing difficulty. On examination, blood in stools, UTI and lowered vitals were noticed. Her PAP test confirmed abnormal growth of cells.


In view of the above information, kindly take over Mrs Johnson. Please note, her biopsy, MRI, X-ray reports are awaited. She has PCOS, endometrial hyperplasia, irregular menstruation and a family history of uterine cancer. She takes thyroxine 0.5mg for hyperthyroidism. She underwent Cholecystectomy in 2020.
