Nurse : Good morning, My name is John one of the registered nurses working in this hospital..

Patient : Good morning nurse..

Patient : My name is Maeve Greerson..

Nurse : Hi Greerson, You have been admitted to the hospital due to bronchitis is that correct..

Patient : Yes, that is correct..
